At Swan Graphics, we ensure efficient shipping methods and carefully handle the packaging of your personalized items.
Processing Times

All ready-made items ship within 1-2 business days.

Custom or made-to-order pieces require 1 week for creation before shipping. Timeframes will be clearly communicated at time of purchase.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via Australia Post. Please allow 7-15 business days for items to arrive.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking is not applicable to letter postage.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
Return & Exchange
As most items are handcrafted or made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

For non-custom items, we may offer exchanges at our discretion, with the customer responsible for return shipping.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless they have already shipped or production has started.
Custom orders may be non-cancellable once confirmed, depending on the stage of production. Please contact us to discuss the stage of production.
